YOUR LEAD INSTRUCTOR
GWENDOLYN W.
Lead Teacher & Guide: Gwendolyn W.
Gwen is a Senior Yoga Teacher Trainer (Yoga Alliance) whose teaching is shaped as much by her years in Japan as by her life on a working farm in the forests of Western Australia. Nearly two decades of classical study, nervous-system attuned teaching, and embodied practice have formed the foundation of her approach.
Gwen’s approach to yoga begins with the body’s innate wisdom — the intelligence that knows how to settle, regulate, and reorient when we allow it space. By blending yogic philosophy with the sensory cues of nature, she teaches students how to cultivate steadiness from the inside out.
Her work supports people in building nervous-system resilience, meeting their experience with gentleness, and recognising the clarity that appears when we stop pushing and begin listening. This is yoga that grows slowly, intentionally, and without force.
Her classes are lived, not performed — shaped by years of personal practice, land-based living, and navigating life’s seasons with awareness.
Gwen invites you to train not just to teach others, but to understand yourself, to meet your own depth, and to step into a way of being that is sustainable, resilient, and quietly transformative.
